Leadership Recognition Program

Ohio CUs do amazing things worth celebrating.

Ohio Credit Union League's annual awards program is designed to encourage and recognize distinguished credit unions and individuals demonstrating amazing leadership, political advocacy, outreach, financial education, marketing, and member service.

More than a trophy.

For every submission that wins in each category, recipients receive…

·      Peer recognition at the League’s annual convention and expo, inVest48;

·      A physical award to display to their the credit union;

·      A widget to display on your credit union’s website;

·      Social media recognition they can share with members; and

·      League expertise getting the word out to local media and CU news sources.

Easier than ever.

We’ve teamed up with CUNA to provide you with an online platform where you can manage and complete your state-level submissions 24/7. State-level award recipients eligible for CUNA awards (Dora Maxwell, Louise Herring, and Desjardins) will automatically move along through this platform for national consideration.

Nominate your credit union or leadership today.

To enter, log into the new online submission platform (new users will be prompted to create log-in information before accessing the site). Once logged in, scroll down the Home page to view a list of Ohio-specific awards to complete your entry. You can edit, save, and manage your submission progress at any time using the left-side navigation panel on the home page.
All nomination must be completed by Feb. 22, 2019, after which online application access will close.

Review of materials and judging of entries will take place in March by the League Awards Selection Committee for recognition in April. All applicants, winners, and nominating credit unions or groups will be notified of the results.
